Each plant is lovingly grown, inspected, and carefully packaged before leaving our care 💚

Shipping Disclaimer:
Once your plant is dropped off with the carrier, shipping conditions and handling are beyond our control. Minor cosmetic damage such as bent, bruised, or dropped leaves may occur during transit and is normal with live plants. 

Winter Shipping:
Winter shipping carries additional risk. Heat packs help but cannot guarantee protection from cold stress. Minor cold damage may occur and is considered part of the risk. Please ensure someone is available to bring the package inside immediately. If you want your plant held due to weather conditions, please reach out us ASAP.
